The 30 Day Mental Fast consists of 8 steps that we must do daily in order to detox our bodies while cleaning out the psychological toxins that hinders us from going to the next level.
1 - Reading something empowering at least 15 minutes a day
2 - Getting rid of the television
3 - Listen to an audio on something empowering (Personal Development)
4 - Getting rid of the newspaper and watching the daily news
5 - Associate with positive & uplifting people
6 - Drinking plenty of water
7 - Exercise as often as possible (or more than you are currently doing)
8 - Reflection
